Draft, 4 oz sampler glass
A lot of hop bitterness, well balanced by a malty center. High IBU but more mellow in the perceived bitterness. A very good beer.

On tap as part of a flight this weekend at the Brewpub. Probably the best of the 4 I tried. Pours dark brown with small khaki head, not much light showing through this one. Aroma of some nice roast, chocolate, perfumey and grassy hops. The taste is much the same as the smell with plenty of nice grassy and pine hop bite mingling with roasty malts. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Overall pretty decent.
