10/7/21 On tap at brewery in Tampa on our way to stay at Sanibel island. You can definitely pick up sandalwood/cedar and sweet strawberry on the aroma. ln the mouth it's sweet, cedary, smooth. Very interesting brew!

Bottled 1-15-19, enjoyed in a pint glass 1-26-19
A: 1 finger tight white head with great retention. Hazy golden liquid with green highlights.
S: Juicy, tangerine, pineapple, herbal, slightly dank. Very nice
T: yellow grapefruit, juicy at first followed by sweet and bitter notes competing. Lemon, slight aspirin. Better when warm.
M: crisp, slightly astringent, dry finish. Nice that it’s not super sweet. Less astringency please.
O: enjoyable, glad I bought 1 not 6.

Pours a clear darker yellow golden color with off-white head. Light fruits, soft pine, and some cereal grain on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with some light bitter notes, similar to an ESB.

Crowler filled yesterday at the brewery. Pours mostly clear golden colored with a big fluffy white head. Really nice tropical aroma with mango and pineapple, some pine and grass, and some sweet light malts in the background that give off some honey notes. Flavor is sweet tropical fruits, light grass and pine bitter, lingering sweet fruit on the palate with a bit of dry bite. Light bodied with medium carbonation. This is a really nice session IPA.
Getting through this a bit more and I am really digging this hop blend. Awesome stuff. Not sure why ratings are so low here.
