Rumor has it that this is actually a blend of A Beer Named Sue and Cherry Grove (not Blackberry Grove as pictured).
A: Pours a cloudy dark pink. Suggests that the rumor is true because this reddish hue is a long way from the dark purple of Blackberry Grove.
S: Lacto, fruity sweetness, cherries, bready biscuity malt.
T: Sweet and sour cherry watermelon jolly rancher. Really the best of both worlds blending the light, juicy fruit and tart Sue with the sticky sour murky grove.
F: nice carb, nice tartness but not overly dry.
O: Like A Beer Named Sue and the Groves, this beer would be perfect for the pool or beach. The base beers used in this blend are really excellent complements for each other--each supplying a bit of what the other lacks--and in so doing, enable this Cuvee to be greater than the sum of its parts.
