Sweet/sour nose. Apricot preserves very heavy. Sour isn't over the top, just cut by a jammy sweetness that seems to unbalance the beer by being too much. Thick and not drying at all. Seems like a bunch of unfermented sugars in this one. Sauternes barrel is present providing nice honey notes.
