Appearance – The beer was brownish black with bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.
Smell – There was a mild chocolatey nose with perhaps a little spice hiding in the background.
Taste – Warm chocolate makes the first impression. Dark fruits, namely grapes, hide in the background. Is there such a thinks as chocolate covered grapes? There is a little spice that lingers toward the back.
Mouthfeel – The carbonation is largely gone, but I would not call this flat. It is smooth, with the ABV well masked.
Overall – This is an unusual combo, but I like it a lot.

This beer has a dark street name, but a great taste. L: pours dark black with thin head. T:Starts with mostly Marshal Zhukov flavor hints of espresso and heavy on chocolate, but once it hits the back of your mouth the subtle fresh pumpkin taste comes through. This culminates in the spices of the Good Gourd tingling your throat for the finish. F: a bit boozy to begin but finishes smooth.
