Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from a 32 oz. crowler into an unmarked pint glass.
A: Medium gold and fairly clear. Good visible carbonation, and a finger's worth of white head fades fairly quickly.
S: Grassy, melon, and a bit of tropical fruit hops. Light cracker malts.
T: Tropical fruit, grassy, melon and a modest dankness. Light cracker malts add just a touch of sweetness, but still let the hops shine here. Moderately bitter in the hang with nice fruity flavors remaining.
A: Light-bodied, carbonation sensation on the low side. Alcohol presence well-hidden.
O: I thought this was good. I think the crowler, despite being freshly filled, caused the carbonation to seem a little lower than ideal...to me, this did detract a little. But overall a more minimalistic malt approach makes it drink like a West Coast IPA.

Pours a clear medium golden color with white head. Pine, grass, citrus, and some floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with pine and citrus.

Clear, light amber/dark yellow color with a clinging white head.
Smell is a weak point, just some malt and floral and citrus hops, all light.
Taste is floral hops, some wheat, malt and an herbal note. Good balance.
Bitter but not overpoweringly so, it's not up front. Dry from sip to swallow with some alcohol showing late. Good but is it different enough from Jai Alai to justify? Probably not outside the tap room.
