Black body with a thick foamy mocha head. Cognac oak and strawberry are strong on the nose and compliment the chocolate cinnamon and chiles of the base stout. Incredibly complex flavors that run from sweet to savory to bitter. All of the tasting notes are incredibly balanced and blend perfectly. The typically thick and fudgy Cigar City mouthfeel is present. This is a wonderful variant of a world class stout.

Enjoyed this beer at Cigar City's Hunahpu's Day 2016 in Tampa, FL. This was one of the more interesting and unique variants of Hunahpu's at the fest. This is your ultimate dessert beer with sweetness added from the strawberry and cognac aging. Very tasty!
