On tap at CBC 2016. Hazy peach with a white head. Dry, fruit sour and some vinegar. Light and easy to drink.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from crowler into a Cigar City snifter glass.
A: Pours a very hazy medium gold with a couple fingers of white fluffy head that fades quickly. Lots of visible carbonation.
S: Lactic tartness, vague fruitiness, and lemony citric. Light malt bill with some husky character that isn't overwhelming but does detract from the aroma.
T: Tart citrus, notes of tropical fruit, and lemon citric acid. Again, that husky taste to the malt bill similar to the aroma, but about typical of CCB sours. Finishes dry with residual tart fruit.
M: Light body, good carbonation sensation, and low carbonation sensation.
O: Tasty Berliner, but nothing to go over the top for. Not as good as CCB's Rainbow Sherbet, but definitely enjoyable in its own right.
