Bright pinkish red with a minimal white head.
A strong smell of fresh green jalepeno comes off the nose, not necessarily the spice though.
While the aroma is dominated by jalepeno, the flavor is dominated by raspberry, with a nice backing heat.
A bit lighter than other witbiers, possibly due to the jalepeno cutting through the thicker yeast format sometimes found in the style.
