Hop Series ales and lagers are exclusive to the Cigar City Brewing Tasting Room and feature some of the newest and most exciting hop varietals available to create idiosyncratic, one-off beers.
The first Pale Ale in the Hop Series is features the singular character of Triumph hops. A brand new hop from the USDA Hop Breeding program in Corvallis, OR, Triumph boasts notes of lime leaves and valencia orange. Its understated aroma and low bitterness suit it perfectly to a classic American Pale Ale recipe.
