Poured a black body with minimal head and lace patches. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, almost burnt, along with touches of coffee. Smooth, creamy, a little lactic even, ABV well-hidden underneath a coffee/java taste and finishes dry. Real easy to drink and you know you're drinking a stout but just enough sweetness to add a little balance and extra flavor.
