Citrus pine slightly sweet dry with mild mango flesh. The malt to hop ratio is perfect making for easy drinking even though it's slightly above 7%. Not the best IPA but a very tasty variant that gets me excited about the white oak version that I picked up. Very reasonable price as well balanced not aggressively sweet or sour. Cheers!

Copper colored and lightly hazy. There’s a quarter inch of off white on top. Heavy, soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of mango and grapefruit. I’m tasting mango and grapefruit. The mouth is lightly sticky and dry.

12oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a clear golden color with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- zesty citrus aromas expected from jai alai with a mango note that also gives aromas of peach gummy rings. A hint of sweet malt underneath
T- Citrusy notes of tangerine with some grapefruit zest up front, mid palate brings out a candy-like mango note. The finish gives more citrus, a hint of pine and malty sweetness
M- light-medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and crisp finish

Really enjoyed this. 7.5% abv well hidden. Light on the palate, so much summertime flavor. Next year I'll try it 3 months earlier as this is a winner for outdoor get togethers.

12oz, canned 04/16/23
L: hazed caramel colored IPA; tall & frothy beige head
S: grain, pine, citrus, mango
T: honey, caramelized grain, sweet mango, grapefruity citrus, pine
F: medium body, ample carbonation, bitterness is there but the mango sweetness is cloyingly sweet on the finish
O: pretty good, but I like the original Jai Alai more
