I'll keep this short and sweet, like my experience with this brew.
It looks murky and flaccid, like it came out of the end of a gravity-pour firkin.
The smell is very syrupy sweet, and besides that there seems like some misplaced coriander seed.
The taste is the same: syrupy underattenuated sweetness spiced irresponsibly with botanical flavor.
This year's batch is notsogood

appearance: dark murky brown
smell: smelled spiced, berries, heavy carmamel
taste: sweet, but not overdone. taons of berry like tastes mixed with heavy carmamel malts
mouthfeel: medium bodied to full bodied
drinkability: interesting. I like the original recipe this was done off of. warmer winter, better, but nice change of pace.

22oz bottle courtesy of illidurit. I think it said it had wolfberries and coriander involved.
S: Syrup, booze, berry, fruity, pancakes (maybe blueberry pancakes, because it takes me back to a memory of a pancake restaurant on hwy 26 from Portland to the coast... when I was just a boy...
A; Ruby brn and clear
T: Syrup, some berries, pretty blended flavors, booze there but not as strong as nose
M; medium bodied
D: Pretty good for abv
Overall: Pretty tasty, and some interesting flavors of berries, sugar, and baked goods.

Handbottle from a growler courtesy gunhaver. Pours a clear deep amber with an encouraging ring of fine carbonation. Aroma is heavy with berries, presumably wolfberries. But since I've never had a wolfberry before I can only describe it in terms of other berries, namely blueberry and boysenberry. Sort of pastry-like, like berry pie. Some perfumey alcohol if you really inhale deeply. Flavor is toffee and other sweet malt influences with some berry and a hint of coriander struggling to get through. Significant alcohol. Medium bodied, drinkable.

A: Pours a nice amber brown hue with an above average cream colored head.
S: Bold malty aromas. Very sweet. Lots of caramel, brown sugar and toffee. The corriander is there along with just a hint of pine hops.
T: Sweet dark cherries, and gooey toffee up front. Subtle sweet yet bitter pine notes. Chocolate, earthy tobacco, and hints of spice.
M: On the fuller side of medium. Pretty smooth.
D: Drinks pretty good, Unique but not my favorite of the treatments.
