Appearance is more gold than yellow but still has that hefe-haze look along with a small white head and fair lacing. No mistaking the aroma with the yeasty, banana, clove esters that are typical. Grainy wheat flavor paired with a touch of malt sweetness. Hops may be contributing some spiciness but it's minimal and mostly confined to the aftertaste.

12 oz. can poured into a snifter glass. The pour is copper in color and shows a light haze, touch of green wheat character in color. A thin cap of foam dissipates quickly to a light surface film. Sweet malt on the nose with a touch of peppery spice. More spice notes on the taste with a return of sweet honey/malt on the finish. Decent carbonation even though it doesn't show in the glass. Overall a fragile balance exists here. Would benefit from a firmer carbonation to showcase aroma profile.

This is no Hefe, more of a cross between a Wit and an Americal Pale Wheat. Fair dinkum.
