A: Pours a nice amber hue with a small head. It does manage bit of lace though.
S: Wonderful aromas. Loads of fresh oak. There is a big candy sweetness as well.
T: Tasty for sure. Lots of sweet caramel and brown sugar. Mild dark fruit, and sweet apple. The wood is big and the sugary sweetness seems to blend perfectly with it. Very mild herbal hoppy notes, with a bit of booze in the finish. Really Really Nice Treatement.
M: On the fuller side of medium, rich, smooth, sweet.
D: Damn good sipper. Could have used a few growlers of this one during the two week cold snap we had here in Florida.
