Appearance: Fairly clear, darkish amber-tan body. Slim, whitish head.
Smell: Nominal nose on display, just some ultra-light fruitiness, toasted grain and a light brown sugar.
Taste: Lightly toasted grains, light brown sugar. Kinda sweet. Minimal graininess. A little ale-like fruity estery hint. Virtually no hop character or bitterness. Just when you're asking yourself "where's the flavor?" it's long gone.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A bit sweet and altogether uninterested flavorwise. I'm definitely down for a light-ABV, easy drinking red, but was it meant to be this boring and empty?
