This is basically a variant of Guava Grove featuring lemon-wood aging, and perhaps some other monkey-business. It looks like Guava Grove but with big soapy bubbles instead of white micro-froth.The lemon essence is apparent in the aroma, but rather than smelling like an actual lemon it seems to be closer to lemon verbena or lemongrass. The flavor is again much akin to Guava Grove: tart, fruity, with hints of apple, guava and peppery spice. The treatment seems to have additionally imparted a lemon-tea impression that is quite refreshing. Unfortunately the mouthfeel is too big, oily and sticky to capitalize on the refreshing aspects of the flavor.
