On-tap at CCB's Fruit in the Room event

As soon as I saw the tap-list I made the mad dash for this brew. I love strawberries, and am quite fond of the kiwi-strawberry connection. With high hopes, I tilt this pint back. The flavor is first and foremost Jai Alai, but there are small nuances apparent from the treatment. Mostly it seems that the fruit shifted the dynamic of the hop profile, as opposed to adulterating the brew with discernible fruit flavors. The hard bitterness normally found in Jai Alai is somewhat softened, allowing for a fruit-focused bouquet. Nice stuff.
