32oz growler.
pours crystal clear golden yellow with a bunch of fine white head. the head drops slowly and leaves a bunch of spotty lace as it falls.
aroma is nice. apple. cider vinegar. cracker. white bread. bit of grain. horse blanket funk. light alcohol.
taste is good. apple cider vinegar. apples. light alcohol. leather and horse blanket. white bread. bit of cracker. granny smith. as the sourness starts to fade the depth of the apple character starts to come out more.
mouthfeel is nice. just under medium body. slightly below medium carbonation level.
drinkability is good. good balance. a bit on the sour side. i'd have enjoyed it more with less sourness and more barnyard funk. the apple character is quite nice though.
