16oz can "244canned on 08/21/23" and poured into a pint glass shows an opaque (save for the reddish, colored clear edges), dark brown body and boasts a solid 1" cap of chestnut brown, milk chocolate colored mixed bubbles (reminds me of mousse) and leaves mixed, random lacing.

Roasted cocoa bean aroma is dominant with a slight hint of herbs, (mint, parsley, something) not to a distracting, or even off putting, just a freshness that seems to stem from green leaves.

Taste is also dominated by milk chocolate, with strong influence from roasted bitter sweet cocoa beans, bordering on dark chocolate bitterness.
No off flavors, just a clean, not sweet, roast malt.

Mouthfeel is a fuller leaning medium, with a slight grit/powder sensation, but leaves the palate clean.

Overall a great example of the style.

Really a beautiful beer, lacking only in better head production.

Nose is roasty and nutty, with notes of chocolate, coffee, toffee, and caramel. It's a really dark, rich aroma.

Solidly carbonated. Drinks quite a bit like a roasty milk stout. Tasting notes of modest char, chocolate, toast, cream.

This is an absolutely lovely and amazingly creamy imperial porter.

A collaboration with Bastet Brewing. Canned 8/21/23. Poured at 52°. Dark brown/ruby see through body; clarity under one finger of creamy mousse-like tan head; soapy lace; good cap retention; solid ring. Roast malt nose. Mild bitter roast entry; bitter sweet dark chocolate; not sweet; mild bitterness from hops. Medium light body; moderate minus carbonation; no warmth from 8.5% abv. Overall, a very enjoyable porter, clean and roasty with no adjuncts. I’d gladly drink more of this beer.
