On tap at Cigar City. Served in a pint glass.

Appearance - Pours a hazy yellow. The menu describes it as milky, which is an apt descriptor. White head that settles to wisps all the way to the bottom of the pint.

Smell - Lactic tartness, wheat and bready malts. Fruity aroma, despite none being added. Citrusy grapefruit.

Taste - Light tartness. Wheat malts and grains. Retains its fruitiness nicely. Grapefruit and something like mango. Not over the top in any way. Really nice flavor.

Mouthfeel - Light, obviously. Just a slight tartness makes this so easy to drink. Never feels watery, just refreshing.

Overall - A very different beer from other Floridaweisses. Probably more authentic than its fruited counterparts. I loved this at Berliner Bash. This is my second time having it and it's still fantastic.

On tap at the Peg’s Berliner Bash. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a moderate pale golden color with a short white head. Nose has a bit of fruitiness and a very light background berliner presence. Everything about is quite light, though still tasty. A bit more fruit in the flavor. Thin and dry. I wouldn’t mind drinking this all day.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at CCB tasting room. Poured into a pint glass.

A: Pours a fairly clear, light yellow color, with a one and a half finger white head and a good amount of visible carbonation.

S: Sour lemony tart aroma with a yeast background. This smells really good.

T: Starts with tart fresh lemon, some yeast esters, and a grainy, almost wheat bread finish. The hang is a tart impression in the back of the mouth.

M: Very light mouthfeel, but in the most positive way imaginable. Good carbonation, and alcohol is nearly absent (obviously). Very refreshing.

O: There is certainly an overall fruity impression while drinking this beer, but it's never overly sweet or cloying. This is different...I've never had 1% beer. But very enjoyable.

On-tap at Berliner Bash.

A - Pours a pale straw color, white head, wisps on top.

S - Light fruity notes mixed with a nice berliner base. Light tartness, wheat, light funk, fruity. Really a nice amount going on here for 1%...really cool stuff.

T - More fruity notes, nice tart lacto, wheat, some peach, and light citrus. Really complex for what this beer is and just really enjoyable. Finish is fruity tartness and straw.

M - Light body, super-drinkable, dry finish.

O - This beer was really one of the cool(er) berliners of the day. Clocking in at 1% with all that's going on is just super-impressive. Obviously, I could drink this all day long and not get tired of it. Great stuff and excellent job, Ben.
