Cask at Cigar City. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Hazy bright orange. Small white head. Minimal lacing.
Smell - Sweet grapefruit and orange. Tropical fruit. Very nice.
Taste - Just like the taste. Sweet orange, then grapefruit bitterness. Tropical fruit behind it with a grassy bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium body, low carbonation. A little sweet but balanced bitterness.
Overall - Excellent hop character. Very tasty.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at CCB tasting room. Poured into a pint glass.
A: Cloudy light copper with a one-finger white head and a good amount of visible carbonation.
S: Big citrus and tropical fruit hops, with some pine and melon, and a biscuit malt backbone.
T: Follows the nose in elements, but less citrus character but much more melon flavor. Hop bitterness at end but doesn't linger for too long.
M: Almost chewy mouthfeel, medium body, alcohol noticeable but doesn't detract..
O: I thought this one was pretty good. Not sure it's an improvement on the base beer, but something different to have.

On tap at Cigar City Tampa FL for 5$
Appearance - Slightly hazy gold colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is a high amount of carbonation showing and there is some fair lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes.
Smell - Hops, malts, grapefruit, caramel
Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste caramel and malts mixed with some hops. There is also something along the lines of bruised banana/bubblegum.. It ends with an odd fruity note and some lingering hop bitterness.
Overall – Something wasn't right with this one. 2 other people I was with both said it was either infected or just a bad beer overall. The smell is fine but the taste is really bad... not what I was expecting based on their description of 'Jai alai extra dry hopped with centennial hops'.
