Hunahpu Day pour #????. Black pour with a small brown head, dark as night. Straight brown sugar and chocolate aromas with extra cherry sweetness and sourness that I'm not a huge fan of. Super sweet smell here. Flavor follows the same profile with massive sweet brown sugar, chocolate, and some sweet sourish cherry. Bourbon makes this a bit hot. Goodness, this is like syrup with diabetes. Low carbonation. Just too much for me and it seems I am just not a fan of fruit in any of my stouts.

On tap at Hunahpu Day. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Inky black with no head. Sticky and glass staining in the traditional CCB fashion.
Smell - Light cherry. Lots of deep roast. Slightly character chocolatey. Slight cherry but not too strong. I take it back. It's pretty strong. Moreso than the barrel.
Taste - Cherry right up front with some acidity. Sharp cherry and oak flavor. Really rich dark bitter chocolate. Lots of sugar behind it but enough bitterness to balance it.
Mouthfeel - Thick and chewy. Always a great body to these CCB stouts. Rich bitterness balances the sweet cherry and malt.
