Light yellow or dark straw in color. Slight haze. Served with a minimal light yellowish colored head. Some moderate lacing. Aroma is strongly of jasmine tea. Lemon zest to a lesser extent. Taste is similar. This tastes more like iced jasmine tea than beer. Very light pale malt profile. Bitterness is a blend of lemony, citrus hops and tea astringency. Mild to moderate sweetness. An interesting take on the pale ale. Can't say I necessarily cared for it, but it is what it is.

Wow. Weird idea but done so well.
Arrives a clear, bright yellow color. Decent white head, decent retention, some lace.
Smell is lemon (or lemongrass) and jasmine with a whiff of malt and hops.
Taste is the same. Like drinking alcoholic herbal tea. Lemongrass, jasmine, hops light malt. Good balance.
Smooth and refreshing, fairly clean finish. Easy to drink. Light body with a medium effervescence. I recommend it highly.
