Had on tap at CCB.
A- Color is wild. Like a bright pink purple. One of the nicest I had seen until I had Wakefield's DFPF last night.
S- berry smell but more raspberry. nice and tart
T- a little sour but not as much as I was expecting. blackberry really comes through. also what my taste buds believes is raspberry, but which by the name I am assuming is currant. good and sweet.
M- lower carbonation than expected. light feel
O- great beer. for something light and fruity you cannot go wrong with this one

On tap 08.20.13 in the CCB tasting room.
Pours a beautiful reddish/pinkish/purpleish color with a thin lightly pink-hued head. Somewhat hazy, but looks pretty spot on for what a expect from the style.
Slightly funky nose, but the bouquet is really dominated by black currant and lemon.
Tastes fantastic. A bit tart and puckering, but the wheat lends wonderful citrus notes that are well integrated with black currant, which is obviously the dominant flavor. Has a really nice lactic acidity that cleanses that palate and is really refreshing. There is also a slight twinge of sharpness in the back-end.
Medium-light body, appropriate carbonation, and a clean, refreshing finish. sessionable as hell.
Overall, I have been really impressed with the Berliner offerings (fruited or otherwise) from CCB, and i think this is the best i've had from them. Easily comparable to many of the well-hyped examples of this style coming out of FL. This is a real treat to drink and i hope that CCB continues to produce beers like this...

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at CCB tasting room. Served in a pint glass.
A: Moderately hazy but translucent with a one-finger white head and average visible carbonation. I'm sure a word exists for the color here, but I don't know what it is. A weird cranberry juice color? But not as dark. Looks interesting, to say the least.
S: Tart, wheat grain, lemony, lactic, funky, and fruity with the rich dark currant.
T: More tart up front from the lactic acid and the cassis, a bit sour, wheat and light malts, and more tart black currant on the exhale. Some grainy wheat flavors in the hang with the mild lactic tartness.
M: Light body, medium carbonation sensation, no alcohol presence to speak of.
O: This was a really enjoyable fruited berliner. Not overly tart or sour, but a pleasant, easy drinker for sure. Recommended.

On tap at CCB
Appearance: bright pink/purple/mauve or whatever. Doesn't matter, it looks amazing
Aroma: blackberries blueberries and raspberries
Palate: light body, medium acidity, medium carbonation, slight tingling on the tongue from the tartness
Taste: sweet, tarty, some peaches, blackberry, raspberry.
Overall: a fantastic fruit berliner. Better than Stiftung, right up there with peach. Love how drinkable this is at 3%. Great for hot florida summers
