Awesome IPA. Wish that I could get this in bottles. But they do sale growlers. This beer is what San Diego IPA's are about.

Comes across darker than average for style, this one starts to bring some brown to the table. 1/2" off white head. Aroma dropped heavy tropical fruit notes, guava and mango.
This is one of the first ipas to really drop that heavy. It still clung to the notion that you needed to have a heavy caramel bready kind of malt backbone though, this was a thick, syrupy kind of vibe.. That did round out with some pine/wood notes at least though. When the mango pops its hard to deny.
