330ml served in a pint glass.
A Belgian Witbier style beer spiced with Basil.
A: Pours a cloudy pale yellow color forming a small white thin bubbled head that disappears quickly leaving thin chunks of lacings in the glass
S: Spicy. Basil is evident. Reminds pesto sauce :). Also notes of a Belgian Witbier: Wheat, orange zest, coriander, bready yeasts and flowery hops. Not bad
T: Follows the nose. Strong notes of spices: Basil, coriander, orange zest. Strong notes of pale malts and wheat. Upfront is slightly sweet. In overall, it's slightly sweet too, but not overwhelming. Mild hops bitterness as expected
M: Light watery body. Medium carbonation. Pesto aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. That's the first time that I drink a beer tempered with basil. Interesting experience
