Appearance: amber color, good clarity, medium layer of off-white foam that flattens into a creamy film

Aroma: malt and light alcohol, cinnamon, twinge of herbally hops

Flavor: dryish malt backbone with an over-riding medicinal quality (which I assume comes from the hops and some of the phenols), fermented bananas, licorice, finishes dry with an aftertaste of alcohol and a mild grassy bitterness

Mouthfeel: medium body, fine carbonation, slight alcohol warmth in the throat

Overall Impression: It's a well-balanced beer with a lot of interesting characteristics that are hard to pinpoint (what's that flavor?). Definitely well-suited as a spring seasonal. Very fresh tasting. Just wish it was in a bigger bottle (25 cl is not much)!
