Smell : yeast and malt aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : well balanced with some bitterness.

Formally known as 'Oxfam Blonde' this beer was obtained from the Oxfam shop in Brugge and brought back home to review.
Poured into a 'Duvel' glass: Looked like a slightly darker Duvel actually, huge white head of large bubbles and an almost clear body, but more amber than duvel gold.
The aroma was a bit of a let down, some yeast esters but very little else.
The beer was crisp, tart and well carbonated, but lacking in taste somewhat. Yeasty, with a hop bitterness hidden away behind the fizziness of the carbonisation.
Drinkable, but no classic, ingredients from Bolivia, Costa Rica and Thailand, a fairtrade beer!
