On tap at the brewery: Deep hazy and cloudy golden color with a 1 finger beige head lasting around 5 minutes. The legs are okay but the swirl reaction poor. Flavors of grapefruits, sweet grains, wheat, pineapples, brett yeast, coriander, with floral and herbal hops. Silky medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, slightly flowery and leafy, nice barnyard effect, with a soft cheese feel. More hoppy than usual Saison. Very Good balance and freshness while quite tender. Overall high quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some resinous and citrusy hops notes si pretty enticing. Taste is a mix of subtle resinous notes with some floral citrusy hops with some rustic malt notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Good drinkability with just the right amounts of spices and flavours.
