On tap at the brewery: Slightly hazy amber color. Creamy light brown half a finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with some good leggings. Flavors of cherries, cheese, grapefruits, lemon, green grapes, wheat, wild yeast, floral and herbal hops. Slick medium body with crispy carbonation. Strong strength finish, feels a bit "bretty" with a decent farmyard effect, slightly putrid and vinous like a flanders red, mixed with some IPA style piney and leafy sensations. A really hopped and seriously strong Saison, thats the general feel I have, but that still remains decently balanced and fresh. I'm not a fan of powerful Flanders red but this one is not overly intense. Overall good quality craft.
