Opacity: Deep hazy.
Color: Dark gold, average activity.
Head: Faint 1 finger.
Legs: Poor with low swirl reaction.
Smell: Tart strawberries.
Taste: Kiwi/Wheat/Lemon.
Feel: Sour/Bread/Lactose/Fresh fruits.
Body: Medium milky and oily.
Carbonation: Decent crisp.
Overall: Feels much like A la bourdage, but with lactose and sourness added. Good quality "Smoothy Ale".
