On tap at Worthy Kitchen. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Clear golden amber body. Medium white head. Very wispy surface. Minimal lacing.
Smell - Very apple-y and estery. Some sweet caramel malt.
Taste - Fruity up front. Sweet apples. A little caramel. Slightly grainy in texture. Some darker malts faintly push through. Manifests itself in a little bit of a smoky flavor. Maybe tobacco?
Mouthfeel - Medium body. A little too sweet for the style. Medium low carbonation.
Overall - Nothing wrong with it, but sugars dominate any subtlety that may be behind the malt.
