Bought a 330ml bottle from Waitrose in Petersfield, Hampshire. Poured into a 350ml beer glass.

Look: Poured with a nice white frothy head. Lasted a few minutes. Some lacing.

Nose: Pleasant malty aromas, not too heavy, with some grass and a hint of citrus. Slightly floral.

Palate: Very well balanced (for me), not too hoppy. Grassy with more citrus notes. Slightly malty and zesty. Nothing coming over too strongly.

Feel: Well carbonated with a light to light-medium body. Quite crisp.

Overall: A very drinkable and flavourful English lager. Quite sessionable. Not exceptional but clearly a cut above the mass-produced, industrial lagers available at supermarkets.

Recommended.

Bottled and enjoyed with the original label before it was cruelly changed
Pours a clear golden body with a decent white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, sweet malt with a metallic edge and a dry and hoppy finish

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down but left a thin head covering the surface and lots of rings of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: There are aromas of bready malts in the nose along with some notes of grassy hops and hints of grain.
T: The taste is very similar to the smell and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a little shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and somewhat clean with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: When I first saw this classified as a Euro Pale Lager, I thought it would have the typical flavors of adjunct malts like much of the other beers in the style. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find this tasting more like much a lighter version of a Czech Pilsner Munich Helles Lager but with similar flavors. It's quite tasty and very drinkable.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation and a few golden yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy white head that quickly reduces to a patchy very thin film covering the majority of the surface of the beer with a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light aromas of biscuit malts and bready/grainy malts with some light hints of lemon and apple. Light aromas of spicy and earthy hops. Just a touch of yeastiness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit malts with some additional notes of bready and grainy malts - there is a light hint of lemon and apple fruitiness but not much sweetness. The finish is all hops (spicy and earthy) with a touch of peppery yeast spices. Light to moderate amounts of lingering bitterness.

M: Slightly less than medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation.

O: Very easy to drink and enjoyable but not something I would be grabbing for frequently - I like the additional touches of lemon/apple aroma and flavor in additional to the malts and hops. I got a very fresh bottle and I think that makes a big difference in the review (based on some others).

Poured into 9oz Pilsener glass. Poured a hazy straw yellow, with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention and light lacing.

The aroma was neutral balance of earthy grains, gentle hops and just a slight bit of yeast. The the taste profile was basically the same, just a bit more clearly defined. All the ingredients blended together well and complemented each other nicely.

The body was nice, full, smooth and even. Drinkability was very nice, I could easily sit and have several of these during a session. Overall, a nice little brew. I'll probably pick up a couple bottles of this beer. As an extra note of coolness, the brewery is owned by former F1 champion Jody Scheckter. I remember seeing him race and I'm glad he's making a nice beer. Worth trying if you see it.

Real bready and roasty kind of nose, in a malt-ish way. Flavor profile carries a bit of the same tone, but it isn't entirely balanced or good, for that matter. In my opinion, it should be more rounded and less harsh or abrasive. What it shows at the moment doesn't really do much.

I will say that the bottle cap will go down as one of the nicer I've ever seen.

Pours a bright golden color with a one-finger head into my glass. Yet another organic example of a lager Looks great regardless.

Sweet with aromas that are consistent with the style: grainy malt with that adjunct twang. Keep in mind though that this is not an adjunct lager.

Ditto. Grainy and sweet. That's it. Well, there are some hops but you get my point.

Lingering flavors are nothing special. Maybe it's a bit watery too.

Meh. There's just something that's missing here but I can't figure it out.

Thanks Rob for the sample. Reviewed from notes.

Smells of corn, grain and a hint of something metallic which I couldn't place until I took a sip. In drinking, there is a light, quite macro brew like, sense of grain, along with chalk and the metallic element which is now identified as copper. Packs a medium-light mouthfeel. Ample carbonation. Not a great beer, but an average to slightly below average light lager. I certainly won't buy it just because it's organic.
