Dec 2017...pours a rusted orange, laced white foam and some latent bubbles. Floral and grassy. Smooth mellow malt. Light bitter creeps in. Quick finish and a touch of bitter remains.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, copper coloring with a thin, sparse, off-white head. Nose of caramel, subtle hops bitterness, and a subtle spice blend. Flavors are hops forward, with pine and pepper spice, on a caramel backbone, with a tropical fruit overlay. Smooth bodied, but crisp, with a bitter aftertaste. Subtle hops linger on a smooth finish. Damn tasty!
