Poured a nice gold color with good carbonation and a nice white head. Nose is inspired by belgian yeast and a spiciness. Taste is yeast, spice, perhaps pepper and some citrus and even a cherry or two. Pretty good mix of booze and flavor.Very tasty and I consumed mie in no time at all. Go Big Al!

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a hazy golden color, with a fluffy white head that dissipated a little too quickly but left very nice lacing.
The aroma was the expected spicy yeast scent typical of the style. The taste was what was expected as well, pretty much right in the middle of the stylistic range. The earthy yeast flavor was my favorite feature on the tongue.
The body was light and full, just right for having with lunch before you return to the fields. Drinkability was very good as well, smooth and clean you could spend the afternnon with this beer and enjoy it completely.
Overall, a good try at the style, worth trying when you see it.
