Our best selling beer, probably owing to its mildness and light body. Golden in color, Bug is a refreshing, Bohemian Pilsner. Our gateway beer to what lies beyond.

Growler was poured into a standard household glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a golden straw yellow with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Bready, toasted, and sweet pilsner malts. Some herbal and grassy hops in the rear.
Taste: Bready, sweet, toasted grains and malts, herbal, and grassy with a little bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, light refreshing, low to medium carbonation
Overall: A little more malts er than most pilsners, but still an enjoyable brew.

On tap at Run of the Mill
Appearance: Golden yellow and clear, good carbonation. Small amout of white head that went away quickly.
Smell: Very sweet smelling, some grains like rice, wheat, and hops.
Mouthfeel/Taste: Light bodied and you can feel the carbonation when tasting it, smooth. Sweeter side for taste, but has some notes of hops and other grains in the background.
Overall: For being The Run of the Mill's signature beer it packs a good punch, but you don't know it until you have drank a couple and try to stand up, and I mean literally 2 of them. Good brew! I enjoyed it.

On tap at the mill. Yummy, zesty brew with high carbonation. A homage to champagne. Floral notes, almost grape/wine like. No nose present, hops are absent for the most part, but that's okay for the style. Clear straw colored brew that's memorable and a must taste.

Poured a medium straw hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was no retention or lacing.
The smell featured a grainy malt with a touch of diacytl.
The taste was likewise grainy with a mild grassy hop.
The mouthfeel was thin for the style.
While it is their most popular beer, it certainly is not their best.
