Our flagship ale, a bittersweet balance of malt and hops. This English-style Pale Ale is a great session beer.

Served in a pint glass at The Mill.

Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a copper color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Toasted malts, pale malts, a little fruity, earthy, and grassy hops.

Taste: Same as above. Nice light tingly bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, refreshing, chewy, some light bitterness, light bodied, and low to medium carbonation.

Overall: Pretty nice EPA. I will revisit this one in the future.

Reviewed from my notes. The beer has a cloudy brown appearance. There is a foamy tan head. It was served to me in a real 16oz pint, which I love to see. I could smell slightly sweet malts and some grassy hops. It has a good pale ale flavor. Mild grassy hops are there throughout and linger on a bit. It's very refreshing. It doesn't have much of a coat. There are average levels of body and carbonation. This is a very drinkable beer, one you could truly session. I can see myself having many rounds of this one.

Poured a bright copper hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured freshly milled grains with a grassy and peppery hop element.

The taste was doughy and fresh with a clean, crisp malt and springy, peppery hop.

The mouthfeel was toward the drier side of the style..

Overall an excellent ale with excellent drinkability.
