Our gold medal winning blonde is a crowd favorite. Light in color and body but full of flavor. This is an all day drinker named after a creek right across the street.

16 ounce draft pour into a shaker pint glass at the brewery.
4.5% ABV
L: Very clear and pale, thin white head fades to collar inside of a minute.
S: Weak nose, light grainy aroma with hints of citrus.
T: Some citrus, grainy malt, bit of straw and barn yard funk flavor.
F: Light body, lightly crisp, chalky astringency.
O: OK but it wasn’t as thirst quenching as I would have liked and the funk character was a minus.

Golden clear crisp appearance with 1+ finger of fizzy head. Bread, biscuit, wheat, and subtle sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. Highly drinkable.
