A little roasty and pouring a ruby black this beer is very drinkable. Aged on yirgacheffe coffee beans roasted right across the street at Blue Heron Coffee Roasters.

Dark brown black appearance with a foamy beige head and moderate retention. Coffee, leather, dates. Moderate body, moderate to high carbonation. A slight bit soda-like mouthfeel. Otherwise nice.
