Very pale straw colour with a small, white head. Effervescent.
Light ginger aroma with a hint of Brett. Not nearly spicy enough.
Quite tart and sweet without enough ginger to carry it. Not as bad as some of the other beers but not a great ginger beer.
The mouthfeel is quite full and slick. There appears to be lots of residual sugar. Moderately high carbonation.
Definitely a drinkable drink but there is way too much sugar and not enough ginger.
