Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, yeast, slight hop, and citrus. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of roasted malt, citrus, yeast, and a hint of hop. Overall, good appearance and blend, but the citrus is not easily discernible as peach.

Also known as Peche Noir Saison.

Pours a hazy brown with a creamy tan head and nice lacing. Nose has tropical fruits, wheat, herbal yeast, citrus and peaches. Taste has sweet peaches, bready malts, peppery yeast and ripe fruits. Body is a bit thin, but well carbonated. Another great session beer from Trinity.
