Draft at the brewpub.
Pours a dark, hazy golden orange cor with light golden apricot hues and a two finger frothy white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring. Sporadic lace left behind.
Earthy, slightly spicy aroma with lots of malt and a very prominent pecan presence. Was expecting to snell more like a pumpkin beer but it's it's own thing. Lots of roasted nut ans brown sugar along with hints of almond, vanilla and nutmeg.
Medim bodied with a very sweet malt presence and nice autumnal spice character. Lots of toasted pecan, caramel malt, cinnamon and brown sugar. Well balanced and not overly sweet. A nice desert beer.

My wife ordered one of these today after a greuling day with the kids at Garden of the Gods. Poured a nice brown color, with a big white head. Decent aromas of pecans, malt and brown sugar. Flavors of nuts, brown sugar and honey. A fairly decent beer, but nothing special.
