an absurd beverage, my favorite one we had on our visit here, a brewery only thing from what i gather, i have never even heard of this, let alone seen it in bottles, but its barrel aged angels share with peaches, and its incredible, really a cool illustration of what these guys are all about and why they are one of the very best. the peaches elevate one of my favorite beverages already to the next level, so ripe and fresh in the nose, sort of concentrated and even candied in the flavor, a little thick and syrupy, preserved sort of, but still so natural and juicy, also fresh in that way, summery for being so heavy, really killer! its sweet and its boozy, its also fruity and oaky and rich and long, i taste it forever in cool waves that have me thinking about pouring it all over vanilla ice cream, and then all over my body, its sensual and fancy and takes all the complex decadent goodness of angels share and adds this strong and natural peach element thats transcendent. weighty in feel, palate coating, strong, a small doses sort of thing, but really complex and amazing. this really blew me away, itd be cool if they packaged it, im sure it cellars unbelievably well. what a joy to drink on! this is up there with the best lost abbey beers ever made...
