Starts off with a solid white head capping a muddled apricot hued liquid. Fairly turbid looking. But the head doesn't stick around, almost no lacing.
The nose punches up with a fairly peppery citrus zest medley followed by more subtle notes of melon and peach.
Flavor is carried on a fluffy grain bill. Gently bready foundation holds up an herbal and green presentation of lemon rind, charred orange rind, peach, melon, green grass, alfalfa, and a smooth bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, fluffy, and at times feels lightly chewy but not quite.
