Appearance - 3.0
Poured a small white head over a slightly hazy, pale yellow body.
Smell - 3.5
Banana is the most apparent smell, and overall the smell is more typical of a hefeweizen than a witbier. Fruity, slightly musty, quite sweet and soft.
Taste - 3.5
Plenty of flavour, I can taste banana, a little citrus and coriander, very little hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Light to moderate weight in the mouth with a moderate level of carbonation.
Drinkability - 4.0
Easy to drink, sessionable for those who like the style.
OVERALL - 3.45
Not the best example of the style, but I found this reasonably easy to drink and quite refreshing. Apart from the unwanted banana aroma and smell, this is hard to fault.
