Pours clear, scarlet in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is big cherry mostly sweet and a bit tart. High carbonation, sweet, light bodied. Wow what an excellent dessert beer. Fortuna makes some of the most delicious fruit dessert beer and this one kills it. A perfect summer beer. Right up there with the best Polish beers I have had.

Bottle 500 mL to wine glass
Appearance: Amber hazy, small tan foam that disappears quickly, little foam lingers
Aroma: fruity aroma on the nose- emphasize while drinking, hint of grains
Taste: sweet low bitterness
Palate: lively carbonation, good long finish, tart follow through
Good Beer, ok to repeat but not look for
