Pours clear, purplish red in color with one inch head. Taste is big plum, both tart and sweet, red wine, and white sugar. Sweet, smoky, medium bodied, with moderate carbonation. Not as good as other Fortuna beers, but still plenty of fruit flavor. Well worth a try. Very unique.
