Collaboration with @kentfallsbrewing - Brewed with New Zealand Waimea, dry hopped with Citra, and split fermented between our coolship and the tank with their mixed culture farmhouse yeast. This beer tastes like if a Kentfalls beer and a Peekskill beer made a baby.

On draft at the brewery
Heavily hazed dull tangerine and leaving nice looking strands and fields of sheeting
Super tropical fruit nose
More of the same on the palate, tropical fruity, yeasty goodness. Wow this is some seriously delicious stuff Nice job here by PB and Kent
Well worth it - get to peekskill and check out this fine brew
