Belgian-style Witbier made here with our friends from Allagash and Bluejacket. Brewed with fresh oranges, pink peppercorns and brettanomyces.

On tap at Peekskill.
Straw-yellow pour, hazy, with a small white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted wheat and dried orange peel. Taste of bready malts, toasted grains, orange juice, with a slight peppery presence. Pretty good. Soft mouthfeel, light-medium body. I usually have to be in the mood for a wit, but I wouldn't mind revisiting this one on a hot summer day.
